John has listed and sold properties in Sarasota to St. Pete to Orlando to Key West and beyond! John was raised in Kansas City, Missouri where he learned ethical Midwest characteristics and has carried them from Kansas City, Missouri to Seattle, Washington, and now Sarasota, Florida! John’s unique stylistic approach and modern mind created opportunities to work for his previous company for 8 years. Training and Education – At Chrome Realty, we belong to our local Board of Realtors. The Board offers many required and non-required courses that Chrome Realty agents attend. Chrome Realty Agents also stay ahead of the curve by completing their continuing education well before the due date so that they are always ready to assist you with the most up to date information.
Certificates and Education – Many of the Chrome Realty Agents have received certificates of completion in specialty certifications that include; buyers, sellers, luxury properties, short sales, new construction, technology, and marketing. Their thirst for knowledge and experience will benefit anyone who chooses a Chrome Realty Agent to purchase or sell.
Code of Ethics – Chrome Realty Agents are members of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. This is important because the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee hold their members to a higher ethical standard. In other words, not all licensees are created equal. We shine in ethics, compliance, and transparency.
Careers – Chrome Realty has the best hands-on Broker to Agent training and support network. With a modern Broker, the team has all the latest and greatest information at their fingertips. Real Estate is always changing and growing with the times and so is Chrome Realty. The commission structure is appealing to newly licensed agents as well as veterans of Real Estate. We have a limited roster, but always keep our doors open and bridges clear in the event a new position comes available.
